Lose Weight Dancing

Mom had 7 kids. Over those 14 years of child bearing her weight naturally went up and down. After all of us kids were born she added a few pounds. When age 50 rolled around she was a couple sizes bigger. Then they joined a dance group. They would go every Saturday night. They loved it so much they started going on Thursday nights for lessons. And then they started wearing their outfits. Dad had his string tie and a white shirt. Mom had a white shirt and a skirt that kind of ballooned out. They looked like they belonged on Hee-Haw. They loved square dancing! And Mom started getting skinny. Not Super-model thin - but a healthy-looking, toned body. This dance hobby of theirs was giving them lots of fun and Mom dropped those extra pounds.
