When the temperature outside is keeping you indoors - make the best of it! If you’re already worn out from another tough day chasing the children or at whatever your job requires – we all get tempted to hit the couch and just rest.
Better fitness and health don’t happen when we just sit there. Avoid and overcome the urge to spend too much time on the couch. Keep moving in the direction of your fitness goals. If its too cold outside – put in a funny DVD and laugh to your heart’s content while you exercise indoors. Laughing not only lifts your spirits - you also burn more calories!!
