A New You

Have you been to the mall lately - or anywhere with a crowd of people? Have you noticed the number of people who appear to be - well - a little overweight? Or just plain fat? If you're like me and your waistline is not where you'd like it to be - or even close - we have good news! Want a new you - a happier, healthier and slimmer you? Adopt a new lifestyle. Nothing too drastic - just a few healthy habits.




















You won't need an expensive gym membership. Forget the fad diet or any solution involving diet pills. Instead, try that time honored, and proven effective weight loss plan used by millions of happy, healthy folks just like you.














Do something - anything - every day of the week. Find the produce aisle and try some new fruit or vegetable. Buy some organic apples and keep a bowl handy for quick - and healthy snacks. Go for a walk every day. Walk faster than you usually do. Burn more calories running. You don't have to run a marathon. Aim for 20 miles a week. Runners don't have a bunch of flab in their belly.


Don't feel like running? Find any sport - or activity you do enjoy. Get a bike. Or a rowing machine. Buy a jump-rope and use it. Start a new Yoga class. Dancing is a fun way to shed those extra pounds. Try something different every day. Get your body moving again. Last weight loss is a goal you can reach. And enjoy a better life in the process!
