Two Simple Goals

   Getting fit is really a very simple target. More exercise and - if you are overweight - fewer calories in a diet  filled with more healthy calories. Two simple - and not always easy - goals to work towards.





While gym memberships are a nice way to exercise with others - you really don't even need to spend any of your hard earned cash. Exercise at home - try those old ( and effective ) routines you learned in middle school and high school. Walk or run for at least 30 minutes five or six times a week. Eat more fruits and veggies. Drink plenty of water. Avoid sugar whenever you have a choice. And if  a  food or drink has high fructose corn sweetener in the list of ingredients - Don't Buy it!
