For some of us - just getting started is the hard part.

Step 1. Sit less - move more. Your body was not designed to spend so many hours sitting. If you want to have a better looking body - you'll want to start moving more. Anything you find enjoyable. Even simply walking can help you lose a bunch of weight!
Step 2. Eat more natural foods. ( Not the stuff that says natural on the package! ) Learn to enjoy raw or steamed vegetables. Eat more fruit and berries. Way more water and less soda. Cut sugar and white bread as much as possible. More fish - less fried anything. More beans and spinach. Less Fat food from the drive-thru. Forget white rice - Try Quinoa and chia.
Try the 2 simple steps above for the next 4 weeks. Exercise daily. Make healthy eating choices part of your daily diet. You can start losing weight and feeling better in just a few weeks.
