Healthy Choices

Eating healthy is vital to your fitness. Choosing healthy foods saves you money and helps keep your waistline in check. Water is inexpensive. Drink more. Enjoy a cup of green tea every day. Keep some nuts handy and enjoy a handful for your mid-morning snack. Make a bunch of healthy meals on your day off and freeze small portions you can grab as you head out for work. Toss the cookies and keep a bowl of fruit on the table. Blueberries are plentiful this year - enjoy s handful with yogurt or blend some in a smoothie. Grab a watermelon and a bag of tomatoes at the farmer's market - and enjoy some of Summer's bounty!
