Sounds of Summer and Ideal Slumber

Sounds of Summer just seem to linger in a special place in your memory bank. They often remind us of a pleasant, simpler time. Long days in the summer sun. Nights filled with soft, warm breezes and cool refreshments. Fun galore!


One key to better fitness - is getting plenty of restful sleep. You know how easy it is to get caught up in all the Summer fun. Sleep is vital to your body and mind. Try to get at least 7 hours every night. More if you are in your teens. Give your mind and body the rest it needs and you just may find a new level of energy in your day!
