Turn Back the Clock

Do you ever feel run-down or totally exhausted after a long day at work or school? Do you sometimes wish you could turn back the clock? and have some of that endless energy you enjoyed in younger years? Try two simple habits for the next 6 weeks. You might just amaze yourself! First - start working out - at least 5 days a week. Take long, fast paced walks on your two days off.








Second - Start eating a protein rich breakfast every morning. Cut as much sugar and white, processed foods ( white bread , white rice ) from your diet as possible. Stop drinking soda - of any kind. Replace it with water.
