Beach Body Workout

Is there anything better than a run on the beach with your favorite running mate? Want tp look better at the beach this Summer? Try a full-body strength-training program at least three times a week. You'll burn calories during the workout, boost your metabolism, and develop lean muscles that look and feel better than flab. Try exercises that use more than one muscle group - like squats, push-ups, and lunges. Try working out in the morning to get your metabolism pumping for the rest of the day.
