Set Your Sights on the Goal



Do you want to shred your Abs and enjoy a leaner, healthier body shape? Try setting a few goals and then do everything you can to reach them. Simple is good. Like - "I'll walk / run for 30 minutes every day this week". Then do it!



Once you reach that first goal - set a new goal for yourself. "I'll cut my calories down to 1800 calories per day and eat more raw vegetables". Then focus on your eating habits and - just do it! Keep your goals simple - and reasonable. Then - over time - make them a little more demanding. You just might amaze yourself! Check out Zig's ideas on setting goals -
