With Valentines day just weeks away - why not make a pact with yourself to develop one new healthy habit before the hearts and chocolates start flying.

Start every day with a healthy, protein packed breakfast. Eggs and oatmeal or whole wheat toast will help you burn more calories throughout the day. Or try some protein packed greek yogurt with a half cup of blueberries.


Now that you have some protein to fuel your fat-burners - get out and exercise.

Do you get enough exercise? Really vigorous, heart pumping exercise?

Just a little daily exercise offers the following benefits:
