Plan for Better Fitness

At the end of your day do you fall into bed - exhausted? Do you often wish you could have more energy? And enjoy life more? Are you finding time for exercise? Just a few minutes every day can make a big difference.

Take stock of where you are today. And then consider where you'd like to be in terms of your health. Do you want more energy for handling everything this wonderful life throws your way? Maybe you just want to lose a few pounds before swimsuit season returns.

Decide on a goal. Then start moving toward your goal. Do whatever type of sport or exercise you most enjoy. Start a new habit. Drop an unhealthy habit or two. If you've been inactive for a while - no worries - just start small. And then pick up the pace a little bit at a time. After just a few weeks you will start feeling a big difference in your energy level!

Make Your Day Even Better

A few healthy ideas to help make your Wednesday even better! Want an energy boost? Get away from your desk for a few minutes and walk the stairs as fast as you can. Running the stairs is a great way to get your heart and lungs pumping! No stairs? No worries! Find a place where you can sneak in some jumping jacks and a few push-ups. Later - reward yourself with some dark chocolate!









Are you ever so busy you just can't find enough time for exercise? Work out in the comfort of home. Sneak in some exercise early in the morning or right before dinner. Be good to yourself. Treat your body kindly. Enjoy healthy habits! Want to look better? And feel better? Grab your jump rope, and some hand weights. Get out your yoga mat. Encourage your little ones to join in the fun.

Try a variety of exercise routines - jumping jacks, push-ups, lunges, sit-ups and squats are all easy to do while you laugh at the children's favorite cartoon!
